Waikato Open- NZ Tour Opener 27th-29th March 2026

Waikato Badminton Association is pleased to be hosting the Waikato Open 2026,. This year see's the open doubling as the NZ Tour opener event for 2026. We look forward to receiving entries from players across the country. The prize pool for this event offered is $2,000.

Venue: Eastlink Badminton Stadium, 60 Old Farm Road, Hamilton East 3216

Entries Open: Monday 9th of February 00:00 am

Entries Close: Wednesday 18th March 11.59pm

    • One Event: $70(Includes BNZ player levy)

    • 2nd Event: $50

    • 3rd Event: $40

  • Entries open- Monday 2nd march at 00:00 am

  • Entries close: Sunday 19th April 11.59pm Entry ( Via Tournament software) and payment (via PayPal) must be received by this date

  • If playing doubles you and your partner must be registered and paid by close off date

  • Entry Fees

    • One Event: $60 (Includes BNZ player levy)

    • 2nd Event: $40

    • 3rd Event: $30
