Waikato Badminton Annual Awards
Waikato Badminton Association is pleased to invite you to the 2019 Waikato Badminton Awards Function on Saturday 9 November from 7.00pm at The Eatery & The Keg Room (36 Horsham Downs Rd, Rototuna North). Finger/platter food is included, while drinks can be purchased from the bar.
We welcome a representative from every affiliated club to be present at this function. The following groups are eligible to receive complimentary tickets to the Awards Function:
1-10 Member: 1 Free Ticket
11-25 Members: 2 Free Tickets
26-50 Members: 3 Free Tickets
51-100 Members: 4 Free Tickets
101-150 Members: 5 Free Tickets
151-200+ Members: 6 Free Tickets
2019 Interclub Winners: 6 Free Tickets

Additional tickets can be purchased from Waikato Badminton at $20 per person on Pay2Play. All attendees are eligible to win some lucky draw prizes on the evening, kindly sponsored by CodeAlpha.
Note: In accordance with the current liquor licensing laws at the function, minors (individuals under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Upon request all guests are required to provide acceptable photo identification to show proof of age. Thank you in advance for your co-operation with these requirements.
Please RSVP via email by Friday 25th October 2019 to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm attendance with the names of representatives attending.
